Home Inspection
A home is a major purchase, so don’t go into it blindly. During a Buyer’s Inspection, we uncover the home’s hidden defects and help you understand its operation and maintenance requirements. With this information, you can make repair and purchase decisions confidently

Re-Inspection
The Inspector will return after the initial inspection to make certain all of the repairs requested in the first report have been properly addressed. Make sure your money was well spent and give yourself peace of mind that the all repairs are fully and properly completed

New Construction Inspection
Newly constructed homes are not without their issues. Rushed construction, subpar material, and improperly installed appliances can often lead to costly issues in the future. By having an inspection performed before the builders final walkthrough you can make sure you don’t end up paying for expensive repairs later on.

New Construction Phase Inspections
While having your home constructed you can make sure everything is being properly constructed and installed. The inspector will perform regular inspections during critical phases of the construction process making certain everything is done correctly and up to the proper codes. This allows you to make sure every phase is done properly before the builders move to the next phase.

Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection
It is highly recommended that you have your home inspected by a professional before placing it on the market. A detailed report can inform you of needed repairs and potential issues to address before listing. An inspection report will also assist in informing potential buyers of the home’s current condition and ease negotiations helping you to close quickly.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
Contractors generally provide a 12 month warranty on all of their buildings. Having an inspection performed before that warranty expires allows you to request any repairs or address any issues with the builders before you end up paying out of pocket.
